This is a collaborative design group project. We are a group of four people working with the OEA (Office of External Affairs) department of Pratt to help them improve the whole process of the inbound students’ experiences. We collected data through interviews with OEA staff and the school's existing exchange and international students, as well as co-design workshops, and produced our service improvement plan.
